Hello I’m Merinda Smith

I am the founder of F4 Solutions a consultancy business to assist RTO’s and industry in training and assessment matters. Welcome to the F4 Solutions website.

With over 20 years experience in vocational training, learning and development roles, management and sales and marketing, During this time I have seen and experienced allot of changes in the VET sector whilst managing national training organisations, and working with clients. With constant change there is always more to learn in training, assessment and RTO management and I try to keep my finger on the pulse. As a qualified trainer and Assessor I currently hold a Diploma in TAA, FLM and OH&S.

With my passion for excellence and achievement within the Australian vocational education and training environment F4 Solutions was established in 2009 to improve efficiencies and effectiveness within their businesses.

I look forward to new projects and challenges. But assure every client that the work is confidential and handled with integrity.
